Shipping and Delivery

 

We offer FREE standard delivery on most items, typically this takes up to 3 working days and for expensive or fragile items this will be sent by a courier that requires a signature. We offer the option to upgrade your delivery to the next working day service, this will be shipped by a courier requiring a signature.

Nearly all orders arrive on time and in good condition but occasionally goods can get lost or damaged in transit, we do our best to prevent this by working with the highest quality couriers.

All brand-new goods sold by us include a full manufacturer guarantee that covers any technical faults occurring within the warranty period. Any software faults occurring due to viruses or software a user has installed will not be covered by a manufacturer guarantee. We recommend you contact the manufacturer to report any fault as soon as possible to arrange a repair or exchange. If the product you purchase is a refurbished item or you cannot contact the manufacturer to arrange a repair our after-sales team will be able to help you, please call us on 01482 455994.

 

Return and Refund 

 

If you no longer want the product you purchased within 14 days, kindly send an email from the Contact Us page, Please note the item has to be in its original condition as received and in its original packaging. For security, health and safety reasons, we will not be able to accept returns of products that have been used.

If the item is faulty, we will give you the option to choose a full refund or a replacement item to be sent.

Please allow 3 to 4 working days for us to process your return, a refund will be sent to your original method of payment you used to pay, it normally takes the money 3 to 4 working days to show up on your account. 

Our 30-day warranty covers all repairs, excluding physical damage to the screen. Any returned accessories should be in their original, branded packaging. Second-hand phones come with a 12-month warranty, which applies to manufacturing defects but not to wear and tear. Battery guarantees last 30 days, unless it's a new battery we've installed.

 

Payments we accept

 

We do accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express payments and you can pay us through Apple Pay or Google Pay if the service is already set up on your device.

You have the option to pay in instalments with Klarna (subject to acceptance of your application).
